If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use this website or engage our services.
Saint Cloud Fence & Deck provides residential and commercial deck construction, fence installation, and related outdoor structure services in St. Cloud, FL and surrounding communities. Specific services, materials, scope, and project timelines are defined in individual written contracts signed by both parties prior to the start of work.

Written estimates provided by Saint Cloud Fence & Deck are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Estimates are based on conditions observed during the site visit and the scope of work as described at that time. Changes to the scope of work, unforeseen site conditions, or changes in material costs may result in a revised estimate before work proceeds.
Verbal cost estimates are approximations only and are not binding. All pricing commitments must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Saint Cloud Fence & Deck.
Project start dates are estimates and are subject to change based on permit approval timelines, material availability, weather conditions, and scheduling capacity. Saint Cloud Fence & Deck will communicate any material scheduling changes as soon as reasonably possible.
If you need to cancel or postpone a scheduled project, please notify us as early as possible. Cancellation terms, including any applicable fees for work already performed or materials already ordered, will be specified in your written project agreement.
Saint Cloud Fence & Deck reserves the right to reschedule or decline projects at its discretion if conditions at the job site are unsafe or if the scope of work cannot be completed as agreed.
Payment schedules, accepted payment methods, and deposit requirements are specified in each individual project agreement. A deposit is typically required before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon project completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Accounts not paid in accordance with the agreed schedule may be subject to late fees as specified in the project agreement. Saint Cloud Fence & Deck reserves the right to suspend or discontinue work on projects with outstanding past-due balances.
Where required by local ordinance, Saint Cloud Fence & Deck will obtain applicable building permits as part of the project. Permit fees are the responsibility of the client and are typically included in the project estimate. The client is responsible for obtaining any required homeowners association approvals prior to the start of work.Saint Cloud Fence & Deck is not liable for delays or costs resulting from HOA review processes or from conditions discovered during permit review that require design changes.
Saint Cloud Fence & Deck warrants that all work will be performed in a workmanlike manner and in material compliance with the specifications in the project agreement. Specific warranty terms, including duration and coverage, are stated in each written project agreement.
Material warranties are provided by the manufacturers of the products used and are passed through to the client where applicable. Saint Cloud Fence & Deck makes no additional warranty beyond what is stated in the written project agreement.
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidents, acts of nature, normal wear, failure to follow maintenance instructions, or modifications made by anyone other than Saint Cloud Fence & Deck after project completion.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Saint Cloud Fence & Deck shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of this website or from any services provided, even if Saint Cloud Fence & Deck has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
The total liability of Saint Cloud Fence & Deck for any claim arising out of or related to services provided shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific project giving rise to the claim.
